Zenku Technologies

Our floors are manufactured following strict quality protocols. Top quality materials and technologies applied make our products stand out both for their design and for their resistance.

ll Zenku floors have an AC5 RESISTANCE, which makes them extremely resistant and durable. In addition, along with other qualities such as their impact resistance, they are classified as "Class 33", making them suitable for installation in commercial areas of intensive use such as hotels, gyms, stores or any other commercial space.

Several technologies are applied to our floors to achieve such high quality technologies:

PROTECTION

Press bevel

Press Bevel technology creates a micro-bevelling around the entire perimeter of the plank, protecting it from wear, scratches and the passage of water. Being a pressed bevel, the entire perimeter of the plank is fully protected by the overlay. This means that the floor will keep its appearance intact for longer, even in a professional project with a high level of wear.

Aqua tec

AQUA TEC technology is a result of Press Bevel technology in combination with waterproof materials and a watertight anchoring system. Therefore, Zenku floors with Press Bevel technology guarantee surface water resistance up to 48h. For designs withContinuity technology, surface water resistance is 24 hours.

DESIGN

EIR

Embossed in register (EIR) is a pressing technology that allows to replicate every single detail of natural materials, providing unparalleled realism and natural beauty. Both to the eye and touch, you can see and feel the texture perfectly blending with the design.

Continuity

Technology that allows to create designs that go beyond the limits of the plank. The union between planks becomes imperceptible, emphasizing the pattern generated by the design. This allows the continuity of a floor to be perfectly replicated through the union of several planks.

Matt

Technology applied to the surface that creates a unique matte effect on the floor. A decorative alternative to conventional glossy floors, adding greater elegance to any room.

Micro bevel

Pressing technique that manages to replicate bevels within the same plank. This allows slats to be generated within the same piece, making the pattern to be defined by the design and not by the format of the plank itself, as in the Chevron designs.
